Green Card Approved Following Approval of Extraordinary Ability Alien Petition

Due to the high standard of receiving an approval for an EB-1A Extraordinary Ability Petition, we generally advise our clients to wait until the I-140 Petition is approved prior to filing the I-485 Application for a green card. We recently received a green card approval within 6 months of filing the I-485 application for a client who filed for adjustment of status after receiving an approval for an Extraordinary Ability Alien Petition.
